๐ด Best Day Rule (1-Step Only)
On 1-Step FTMO Challenge, your most profitable day cannot exceed 50% of your total Positive Days' Profit. This doesn't breach your account but you must trade until the ratio drops below 50%.
๐ด 1-Step: 3% Daily Loss Limit
The 1-Step FTMO Challenge has a stricter 3% daily loss limit (vs 5% for 2-Step). The daily loss recalculates based on previous day's closing balance.
๐ด 1-Step: Dynamic Max Loss (Trailing)
The 1-Step Max Loss limit trails your highest end-of-day balance upward (but never downward). This makes it a semi-trailing drawdown, stricter than the fixed 2-Step drawdown.
๐ก News Trading Restrictions
1-Step Challenge allows news trading freely. On the FTMO Account (funded), Standard accounts cannot trade during news. Swing accounts have no restrictions.
๐ด Simulated Trading Environment
FTMO accounts are simulated (demo) accounts. You never trade with real capital โ profits are paid from FTMO's revenue, not from actual market trades.

Accounts inactive for 30+ days may be terminated without refund.

๐ด Mandatory Stop-Loss (Bootcamp Only)
Bootcamp program requires a stop-loss set within 3 minutes of opening a trade, with max 2% risk per position. Other programs do not require SL.
๐ก Bootcamp: 50% Starting Split
Bootcamp traders start at only 50% profit split (scaling to 75% then 100%). Much lower than competitors' 80%+ starting split.
๐ด Hyper Growth: 6% Static / 3% Daily Pause
Hyper Growth has 6% fixed max loss with a 3% daily 'pause' (not breach โ trading paused until next day). Very tight margin for error.
๐ก High Stakes: News Trading Restricted
High Stakes restricts new orders 2 minutes before/after high-impact news events. Hyper Growth and Bootcamp allow news trading.
๐ด Futures: 3% EOD Max Loss
Futures programs (Basecamp/Rebate) have a 3% end-of-day max loss โ much tighter than CFD programs. Funded stage uses 4% scaling target.
๐ก Futures: 30% Consistency Rule
Futures accounts have a 30% consistency rule: no single position profit can exceed 30% of total profit. CFD programs have no consistency rule.
